Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the delivery address and the selected shipping provider. All shipping fees are displayed transparently during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

Shipping within Germany:

International Shipping:

2. Delivery Times

Germany:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 working days after payment
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 working days after payment

International Orders:

  • EU countries: 5-10 working days
  • EU Express: 2-7 working days
  • Non-EU countries: 7-21 working days
  • Non-EU Express: 2-10 working days

Delivery time starts after payment is received. If an item is not immediately available, we will inform you about any delays without delay.

3. Shipping Partner

We work with the following trusted shipping provider:

  • DHL

After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

4. Delivery to Parcel Stations

Delivery to DHL parcel stations is available within Germany. Please select “Delivery to parcel station” during checkout and enter your details correctly.

Important: Please provide your correct postal number and parcel station number to ensure smooth delivery.

5. Partial Deliveries

If an item is not in stock or cannot be shipped immediately, we reserve the right to send orders in partial deliveries. Shipping costs will only be charged once.

You will be informed about partial shipments via email.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping costs for reshipment may apply.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete:

  • Full name
  • Street and house number
  • Postal code and city
  • Country
  • Phone number (for carrier inquiries)

7. Shipping to Non-EU Countries (Customs & Taxes)

For orders to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, UK, USA, Canada, Australia), additional customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply.

Important:

  • These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees
  • They must be paid directly to the relevant customs authorities
  • We have no influence over these charges

Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

8. Tracking (Shipment Tracking)

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Tracking link
  • Carrier name

You can track your shipment online at any time.

9. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to our return policy.

Return requirements:

  • With proof of purchase or invoice
