Shipping policy

1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the selected shipping provider. These costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase. For deliveries within Germany, the following flat-rate shipping fees apply:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

Shipping within Germany is free for orders with a total value of [amount] EUR or more.

For international deliveries, different shipping rates apply, which will be transparently displayed during the checkout process.

2. Delivery Times

  • Germany: The estimated delivery time for orders within Germany is 3–5 business days after payment is received.

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the chosen shipping provider. You will be informed of the estimated delivery time before completing your order.

The delivery time begins once payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed. If we are unable to ship an item immediately, we will notify you promptly of the expected delay.

3. Shipping Partners
We work with reputable shipping providers such as DHL, Hermes, DPD, and UPS. The choice of shipping provider depends on the destination country and type of delivery.

4. Delivery to Parcel Lockers (Packstationen)
Delivery to parcel lockers (Packstationen) is available within Germany if you select the “Delivery to Packstation” option during checkout. Please ensure that the Packstation number you provide is correct to ensure smooth delivery.

5. Partial Deliveries
If an item is out of stock or cannot be shipped immediately for other reasons, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. Shipping costs will only be charged once.

6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply for resending the package. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete.

7. Shipping to Non-EU Countries
For orders shipped to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland, USA, Australia), additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These must be paid directly by the customer to the relevant customs authorities. These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Since the items are clothing, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with our [Right of Withdrawal Policy](Link to withdrawal policy). You may return the goods without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving them.
