Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

Delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery
Delivery of goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Unworn and unused
With all original tags attached
In original packaging
In the same condition as received
