Returns and Withdrawal Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery

Condition of the goods when returned

No additional conditions apply to withdrawal under the statutory right. You may inspect and try on the goods just as you could in a physical shop. You only have to bear any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

We ask that you return the goods as complete as possible and well packed, and keep your proof of purchase. This is a request, not a requirement for your right of withdrawal.

Return process

  • Getting in touch: Write to us at info@ogfashioncheck.com and tell us that you wish to return the goods
  • Confirmation: You will receive the return address and all necessary details from us
  • Shipping: Send the goods, well packed, to the return address given. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If the goods are defective, for example an item that is not authentic, we bear the return costs
  • Refund: The refund is made without undue delay, at the latest 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, to your original payment method. We may withhold it until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of shipping

Note: A prior return request by email helps us match your return more quickly. Your statutory right of withdrawal does not require prior notice and remains unaffected.

Damaged or defective goods

If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at info@ogfashioncheck.com with the following information: order number, photos of the item and of the damage, and a description of the problem. We will examine the case without delay and offer a solution. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Authenticity guarantee

If there are justified doubts about the authenticity of an item, we will refund the full purchase price. To do so, contact us by email at info@ogfashioncheck.com within 14 days of receipt and explain your doubts.

Exchange

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please use the right of withdrawal and then place a new order for the item you want.
